This is an in-office position located at our headquarters in Austin, TX.

What You’ll Do

• Own the process : Take loan applications from start to finish with accuracy and confidence.
• Master “KYB” Know Your Borrower compliance : Verify borrower details, financials, and credentials like a pro.
• Be the connector : Build strong relationships with borrowers and teammates.
• Stay ahead of the clock : Beat deadlines and keep deals moving without breaking a sweat.
• Keep it clean : Maintain flawless documentation that’s audit-ready at all times.
• Collaborate and innovate : Work closely with underwriting and sales to streamline workflows.
