Brand And Advertising Specialist I
The Brand and Advertising Specialist I is responsible for supporting the Brand and Advertising and Community Marketing teams and business owners to develop and implement marketing and external communications that drive enrollment and new business with a focus on compliance.
Essential Functions
- Maintains an up-to-date understanding of general regulatory / compliance marketing guidelines for all product lines and ensures that all regulatory requirements are being met
- Supports Brand and Advertising team in the development and execution of multitiered advertising campaigns
- Supports the event / sponsorship strategy
- Supports the translation / 508 strategy
- Manages ad and logo request queue, including interfacing with business owners and external contacts, ensuring on time and effective delivery
- Writes, edits and develops marketing and external communications deliverables for print, digital, web and advertising
- Gathers data from various internal and external sources to support analysis activities
- Supports Project leaders in ensuring on-time production of materials on target and within budget
- Supports work in department project queue as needed
- Perform any other job duties as requested
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent years of experience is requiredMinimum of one (1) year of experience in Marketing and / or Communications is requiredHealthcare experience preferredCompetencies, Knowledge and Skills
Microsoft Office proficientExperience using visual software, such as PowerPoint and VisioProject management skillsAbility to learn and utilize project management softwareStrong attention to detailOral, written, and interpersonal communication skillsKnowledge of marketing practices, tactics and trendsCross-functional team skillsAbility to work independently in a hybrid environment including a WFH setting or office environmentTime management skillsDecision making / problem solving skillsLicensure and Certification

$46,500.00 - $74,500.00 CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate's education, training, and experience as well as the position's scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level. In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance.
