A company is looking for a Principal Customer Success Executive to lead post-sales activities and drive customer success.
Key Responsibilities
Own and lead the customer's post-sales transformation, aligning offerings to customer goals
Partner with Account Executives to create and execute integrated pre- and post-sales strategies
Proactively identify risks to success and develop strategies to overcome them
Required Qualifications
BA / BS or equivalent required, Master's degree preferred
A minimum of 12 years in a management consulting or leadership role focused on technology-enabled business transformations
Demonstrated success in running large-scale, strategic accounts and leading high-performing teams
Strong experience in identifying and solving complex business problems
Proven ability to build relationships with C-level business leaders
