What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

  • Act as the technical expert in supporting ITOM by configuring the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Service Mapping, and Discovery capabilities
  • Lead customer design workshops focused on the ServiceNow Platform and ITOM Solution technology
  • Advise customers on leveraging ServiceNow ITOM Solution's standard capabilities to enhance their ITOM processes
  • Develop required integration and portal components, ensuring quality deliverables
  • Provide training and mentoring to team members and oversee technical aspects of project delivery

    • What is Required (Qualifications) :

  • Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification, along with relevant Solution-Specific Certified Implementation Specialist designations
  • Minimum of 3 years of configuration / development experience with complex technologies, including integrations and portals
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in ITOM, providing thought leadership to stakeholders
  • Experience with web technologies such as XML, HTML, JavaScript, and SaaS technologies
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude

    • How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :

  • Experience with leading ITOM practices and related systems, such as CMDB and event management
  • Proven team player with strong team-building abilities
  • Knowledge of middleware, LDAP, and SSO technologies
