We are seeking an IT Consulting Lead with strong consulting experience, a leadership mindset, and the desire to grow into a Partner role. You’ll work directly with clients to deliver technical strategies and solutions while also contributing to the development of the firm’s service offerings, team, and internal operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support business development through referrals, proposals, and presentations.
  • Lead client-facing IT strategy, advisory, and implementation engagements
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership teams, translating business needs into technical roadmaps
  • Manage project teams, timelines, and deliverables
  • Mentor the associate level staff members
  • Contribute to the growth and governance of the firm with a long-term ownership mindset

Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years of experience in IT consulting, systems integration, or managed services
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple engagements and client relationships
  • Broad technical knowledge in areas such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or enterprise platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics, Barracuda)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with interest in firm-building, not just project delivery
  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

    CompTIA Security + / Security + Advanced

    CompTIA Cloud + / Cloud + Advanced

    365 Fundamentals or Advanced

    ChatGPT Security, Privacy, and Ethical Hacking Certificate

    Meraki, Fortinet, KB4, Barracuda, Intune Deployment / Management, Dynamics.

    CCNA and / or CISSP

    Google Workspace Certs or Experience
