Position Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale science and technology construction projects. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage pharmaceutical and science-focused construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans
  • Lead subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and performance oversight
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and clients to meet technical and regulatory requirements
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project engineers and assistant project managers

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 5–10 years of construction project management experience, ideally with science or technology projects
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with tools such as Procore, Primavera, or MS Project
