Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and document CRM solutions to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency

Determine technical requirements and assist in onboarding .Net / C# Developers for customization

Provide technical support to newly hired .Net / C# Developers

Required Qualifications

Strong Microsoft background with .Net / C#

Proven experience in CRM system development and management (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)

Strong understanding of CRM platforms and related technologies

Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and deadlines
