job_description.job_card.job_descriptionSafely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times Perform daily safety inspections on vehicles Load and unload packages to and from delivery vehicles. Follow all local and state laws, road / driving regulations, and company policies Use a smartphone device with GPS for routing, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements (such as clocking in / out) and to communicate with supervisors and other team members Navigate a variety of routes throughout delivery area Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers on time Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction, even in stressful situations Be a team player by supporting the team daily with participation in rescue calls or general assistance Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on various routes Lift packages (up to 50 lbs.); get in and out of van repeatedly and walk up and down stairs through your shift Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed Must be at least 21 years old Eligible to work in the U.S Must have a valid driver's license within the state of employment Must be able to lift and deliver packages weighing up to 50lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation. Delivery Associate
As a Delivery Associate with 9 Star Logistics LLC, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner, you will safely deliver packages to customers. You will make a difference in your community, and delight hundreds of customers every day. You will work 4-5 days a week and up to 10 hours a day.
