DO LAW OFFICE is a boutique immigration and car accident law office located in Duluth, Georgia. Our office is supported by immigration professionals who are devoted to proudly advocating on behalf of our clients and advancing the practice of immigration law.

We are actively seeking a dedicated and experienced candidate to fulfill the position of Immigration Attorney . The ideal candidate must have a minimum of three years of experience in removal proceedings, waivers, family based petitions, and naturalization. This position requires dedication and a standard 40-50 hours per week to accomplish firm expectations and achieve personal development goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research, prepare for and attend hearings and / or other legal proceedings, and provide legal counsel with the help of senior associate attorney;
• Drafts, reviews and files appropriate court pleadings including legal motions, petitions and briefs; prepares appropriate immigration applications;
• Collaborate with clients and other staff to move cases toward resolution efficiently;
• Represent clients at USCIS interviews / EOIR hearings; prepares case strategy and clients / witnesses for court / USCIS testimony; oversight of court hearings and USCIS interviews; and
• Maintain client files in an organized fashion to ensure up-to-date information is handy for attorneys and support staff.
