Join a high-performing neonatology team in Hollywood, Florida , providing advanced care across Level III & Level IV NICUs . Work alongside elite physicians, deliver life-saving care to fragile newborns, and enjoy the lifestyle perks of sunny South Florida .

🌟 What You’ll Do

Rotate across 3 premier hospitals (all within 30 minutes)

Care for neonates in Level III & Level IV NICUs with cutting-edge technology

Attend high-risk deliveries, perform neonatal resuscitations, manage critically ill newborns

Shift Structure :

Level III NICUs : 24-hour shifts

Level IV NICU : 10–16-hour day / night shifts

Collaborate with neonatologists & multidisciplinary NICU teams

Participate in quality improvement & professional development initiatives

No call required — dedicated shifts only

✅ Requirements

Master’s (or Doctorate) in Nursing – required

Board Certified Neonatal NP (NNP) – required

Minimum 2 years NNP experience (post-graduate; RN experience not counted)

Active Florida license or eligibility – required
