Avera is currently seeking Registered Nurses (RN) looking to deliver the best possible nursing care in Avera's patient-focused settings.

Experienced RN's may be eligible for

$20,000

sign-on bonus with a three-year commitment!

• Student Loan Repayment :   This position may be eligible for Avera's Student Loan Repayment Program, which helps you pay off your loans and save money.

A Brief Overview

Delivers Nursing Care by developing a nursing diagnosis; establishing nursing care objectives; defining nursing interventions; providing physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, families, and friends to understand patient conditions, medications, and self-care skills; noting changing conditions and needs; re-evaluating care objectives.
