UX / UI Designer

Position Summary : We are seeking talented UX / UI Designers to create exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to uncover efficient workflows, craft clean and compelling design elements, and transform these into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.

Designers must maintain a strong customer focus, keeping users’ needs and preferences at the forefront of the design process. This includes conducting user and market research to develop engaging and intuitive experiences that enhance overall user satisfaction.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Lead UX projects and drive overarching UX strategy
• Uphold experience design (XD) processes and collaborate closely with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions that align with the product's visual and experiential direction
• Execute all stages of visual design, from initial concept through engineering design reviews
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design challenges
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows to effectively communicate design and interaction concepts
• Present and defend design decisions and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive stakeholders
• Participate in user research and evaluate user feedback to guide design improvements
• Contribute to and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
