Key Responsibilities :
Sales Development : Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with institutional customers such as universities, hospitals, municipalities, and large corporations.
Account Management : Manage and nurture accounts, ensuring that customers receive the best service and product solutions tailored to their needs.
Consultative Selling : Use your technical knowledge of plumbing supplies and systems to advise customers on product choices, applications, and cost-effective solutions.
Market Research & Strategy : Stay informed about industry trends, product innovations, and competitor activity to position our offerings effectively.
Customer Support : Work closely with our inside sales and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Target Achievement : Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets for institutional accounts.
Qualifications :
Proven sales experience, ideally within the plumbing supply industry or a related field.
