A company is looking for a Gen AI Marketing Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the GenAI roadmap in collaboration with MOPs leaders and other stakeholders

Architect scalable solutions by translating marketing and sales requirements into technical solutions

Implement AI-powered workflows to enhance campaign personalization and automate workflows

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in senior Marketing Operations, Technical Marketing, or Business Systems roles

Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce)

Demonstrated experience in implementing AI tools and data automation workflows

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex initiatives across multiple functions

Proficiency with data integration via APIs and light scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Python)
