Position Summary
The facility is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Allergist / Immunologist to join a dedicated and collaborative specialty care team in Shelton, CT.
This full-time, permanent opportunity offers a collegial and supportive practice environment with a strong emphasis on preventive care, patient education, and long-term allergy and immunology management. The physician will provide diagnostic evaluations, treatment, and ongoing management for pediatric and adult patients with allergic, asthmatic, and immunologic disorders.

Essential Position Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with allergic, asthmatic, and immunologic conditions.
Perform allergy testing, immunotherapy, and other relevant diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
Develop individualized treatment and management plans for chronic allergic and immune-related diseases.
Collaborate with primary care providers and specialists to ensure coordinated patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and community outreach programs.
Educate patients and families on allergy prevention, triggers, and long-term management strategies.
Qualifications
Education : MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
Licensure & Certification : Board Certified / Board Eligible in Allergy and Immunology; eligible for Connecticut medical licensure.
Experience : Previous clinical experience preferred, but new graduates and fellows are welcome to apply.
