As a Senior Product Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights that guide product strategy and business decisions. You will work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to define key results, track driver KPIs, and evaluate experimentation outcomes. This position offers the opportunity to design and maintain dashboards, conduct advanced analyses, and contribute to data-driven initiatives including machine learning projects. You will translate complex technical results into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role is highly collaborative, fast-paced, and central to driving measurable impact on product performance and business growth.
Accountabilities
- Map business objectives to product and analytics priorities, defining and reporting on KRs and driver KPIs.
- Build and maintain dashboards to provide real-time insights into customer behavior and product performance.
- Conduct advanced analyses to identify opportunities for product and business improvements.
- Design, implement, and evaluate experiments (A / B testing) to validate hypotheses and inform feature prioritization.
- Ensure data integrity and quality throughout the analytics pipeline in collaboration with Data Engineering teams.
- Translate technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to data-driven initiatives, including advanced analytics and machine learning modeling, to support product growth.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.Minimum of 4 years of experience in Data Analyst or Data Scientist roles, demonstrating measurable business impact.Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling (e.g., dbt), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).Experience designing dashboards and measuring experimentation outcomes (A / B testing).Familiarity with Python and ML-based modeling is highly desired. ML Ops experience is a plus but not required.Excellent communication and storytelling skills to convey technical insights effectively.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence technical and product decisions.Authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship.Benefits
