Licensed Corporate Staff Attorney

A company is looking for a Corporate Staff Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and approve legal contracts to protect the organization's interests

Negotiate contracts with external clients and partners while advocating for the company's business interests

Conduct legal research and manage special projects as needed

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

JD from an American Bar Association accredited law school

Active license to practice law in any of the 50 states

3+ years of corporate contracting experience, with at least 2 years in sales / procurement of services preferred

Experience with FCRA, GDPR, and consumer protection laws preferred

Strong knowledge of contract management principles and guidelines
