Job Summary

The Field Marketing Manager at Okemo is responsible for developing and bringing to life the resort brand strategy and enhancing the guest experience. This is achieved through executing carefully curated events and activations, facilitating partner integrations, creating in-resort communication, signage and guest-facing promotional material, managing creative production, supporting go-to-market, and owning the resort website. The Field Marketing Manager will be on the Resort Marketing Team; working cross-functionally to serve as the on-the-ground marketing representative at Okemo. This person will be responsible for delivering results safely, on time, and with executional excellence, in service of the guest experience.

This candidate will have a strong background as a brand marketer, an event and activations specialist, and as a self-starter, working across teams and stakeholders such as departments, agencies, community organizations, and operational teams. This person will bring a willingness to learn and jump in on a range of projects. Flexibility, responsiveness, and proactivity are crucial.
