Sales and Project Management Position

Join our family-owned marine construction company, Superior Seawalls, Docks, Dredge and Diving, as we seek to fill a Sales and Project Management position. In this role, you will familiarize yourself with our internal processes and procedures, enabling you to effectively contact and visit clients. Your objective will be to gather accurate information regarding ongoing projects and understand the specific desires and requirements of our customers. By matching these needs with our company's capabilities, you will assist in building precise estimates. Furthermore, you will play a significant role in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring everything runs smoothly. You will also help with tracking our fleet and maintaining our equipment. An essential part of this position includes assisting in the implementation of our internal safety protocols, thereby promoting a safe working environment. You will have the opportunity to communicate closely with our management team and field crews, fostering collaboration. Salary / Compensation : $50,000 - $70,000 per year plus commission
