Camaraderie is looking for a Service Manager!

Who we are :

Envisioned by award-winning Chef Shawn Gawle, Camaraderie is a convivial fine-casual neighborhood restaurant opening in Houston. Inspired by the friendship, trust, and loyalty often experienced by the family that is a restaurant team, Camaraderie aims to extend this warm sense of hospitality and connection to guests.

What we are looking for :

We are seeking a proactive and experienced General Manager to lead our service team, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, having worked multiple dining room positions in their career. Must possess strong leadership skills, a guest-first mindset, and a proven ability to manage people. Experience in service operations, scheduling, and team development is essential. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing staff performance, handling guest feedback, and maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced environment.
