Responsibilities - Service Drive Assistant :

  • Greet customers as they come in for service
  • Assist Service Advisors on gathering customer and vehicle information
  • Direct customer to Service Advisors and assist in write up process
  • Make sure vehicle flow is running smoothly in our fast-paced dealership
  • Move cars as necessary to assist customers and staff, direct the flow of traffic
  • Check-In service loaners and maintain cleanliness
  • Wash customer vehicles for delivery in Service department
  • Help maintain a clean and efficient Service Department

    • Requirements - Service Drive Assistant :

  • Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Must have a great work ethic
  • Must be able to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles
  • Must be flexible with work schedule and able to work weekends and evenings

  • Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
