Our client is Korean tire manufacturing company and they are looking for experienced Product Pricing and Market Analysis Manager.
This is full-time position Monday to Friday and salary is $65,000-$75,000
Position Overview :
The Product Manager plays a critical role in shaping the product portfolio and pricing strategy to drive business growth and profitability. This position is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of tire products, from market analysis and product planning to pricing optimization and performance tracking. By leveraging deep market insights, competitive intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration,
the Product Manager ensures that product offerings meet customer needs, align with company strategy, and maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage product strategies across the full lifecyclefrom planning and development to launch, performance monitoring, and phase-out
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Define and implement pricing strategies based on market intelligence, cost structure, positioning, and profitability goals
- Monitor product performance (sales volume, margin, profitability, market share) and initiate corrective actions as needed
- Work closely with regional sales, marketing, supply chain, and R&D teams to align product and pricing strategies with business
objectives
Lead new product introduction (NPI) processes, including product specification, positioning, and go-to-market planningAnalyze competitors products and pricing to ensure competitive advantage and identify differentiation opportunitiesSupport demand forecasting and inventory planning through close collaboration with sales and planning teams.Prepare business cases and reports to support product-related decisions and executive presentationsEnsure pricing governance and policy adherence across channels and regions.Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.Previous experience as a Product Manager in the tire industry is required, with a proven track record of performing the responsibilities outlined aboveProven track record in product lifecycle management, market analysis, and pricing strategyCross-functional collaboration and project management capability.Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership. Customer- and market-oriented mindset.Excel & Power BI expertWorking Hours :
8am-5pm M-F. May require evening and weekend work depending on business needs and may require occasional overtime
