2 Years current and strong Clinical Educator experience, ACLs, NBLS, MD / Compact license in hand\n\nTo promote the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective health care through the provision of expert clinical education and professional development. Collaborates with leadership team, clinical education team, and clinical staff in the planning and implementation of organizational and departmental goals, creating a climate of innovation through role-modeling, consultation, research, and the facilitation of learning.\nEssential Job Duties : \nReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions\nServes as a change agent, mentor, model, and coach for Critical Care, Rapid Response and Vascular Access Team staff.\nDemonstrates ability to assess, plan, implement and evaluate high-quality, cost-efficient educational programs for staff which build on foundational skills, introduce novel approaches, and advance critical thinking.
