Responsibilities

  • Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contracts and agreements in accordance with legal requirements and organizational policies.
  • Negotiating terms and conditions with suppliers, clients, and subcontractors.
  • Manage the process of modifying contracts as necessary, ensuring that all revisions are properly documented and agreed upon by all parties involved.
  • Resolving contract-related disputes and ensuring compliance with all agreed terms.
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating contract management databases.
  • Monitoring and ensuring contract performance aligns with project timelines, budgets, and terms.
  • Preparing regular reports on contract status, performance, and compliance.
  • Liaising with stakeholders to communicate updates, changes, and contractual obligations.
  • Collaborating with project managers, legal teams, and other departments to support project objectives through effective contract management.
  • Coordinating with finance teams to ensure budget adherence and financial oversight related to contracts.
  • Identifying potential risks and implementing strategies for contract risk mitigation.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients on contractual matters and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Continuously improving contract administration processes by implementing best practices and staying informed of changes in laws and regulations.

Position : Full Time Permanent

Salary : $75,000 to $80,000 / annum, plus 12% super

Location : Unit 10 / 114 Mulgul Rd Malaga 6090

Requirements

Minimum qualification Associate degree, Advance Diploma or Diploma plus 1 year full time work experience. At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above.
