A company is looking for a Technical Analyst who will be responsible for installing and troubleshooting technical issues for customers.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Customer Success Analyst for Test and Turn Up (TTU) and cutover dispatches
Host bridge calls with vendors to facilitate network cutovers and update tickets accurately
Organize job completion status communication and follow up on carrier issues until resolved
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School diploma or GED; associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience preferred
Two years of IT, Network Operations (Voice / Data Solutions), and customer support experience
Experience with telephone networks (POTS and VoIP) and advanced networking technologies
Knowledge of protocol and packet analysis, as well as switching and routing protocols
Background in cloud-based communication solutions like Office 365 and Microsoft Teams
