Sales & Marketing Manager

Insight Global is looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to support their customer in Sarasota, FL. This person will be responsible for the business development and marketing of avionics and aerospace manufacturing services. They will develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to forecast and bring in business with new and existing customers. They will lead a team of sales representatives and participate in conferences and building relationships with customers.

Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Engineering.

5+ years of experience in aerospace component sales (preferably from a catalog)

Experience in full RFP lifecycle and account management.

Experience with contract administration (booking plans, cash collections, negotiations, etc)
