We're looking for a strategic, results-oriented Business Performance Manager to lead market performance across our Core 5 Beauty & Wellbeing brands in the US. This role serves as the central hub for assessing market dynamics and delivering actionable insights to our Marketing and CS&P teams - driving competitive growth and unlocking new opportunities.

You'll be part of our newly formed Business Performance Team (BPT), reporting directly to the Head of Business Performance. The BPT also oversees Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Net Revenue Management (NRM), with a shared mission to fuel sustainable growth.

Your main responsibilities will include :

  • Design and facilitate monthly performance review meetings with Beauty & Wellbeing leadership. Share internal and external business drivers, year-to-go (YTG) plans, and spotlight key opportunities and risks.
  • Lead monthly share reporting and performance analysis for our five core brands. Deliver executive summaries and strategic recommendations to brand teams.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity to ensure our Hair Care and Skin Care brands are positioned to win. Lead 6P analyses and competitive deep dives to inform brand strategy.
  • Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Partner with Brand, Finance, CMI, and MMC teams to align on business drivers and build a cohesive narrative for the BU Leadership Team.

This role will also be responsible for training and developing a direct report associate performance manager.

What you will need to succeed :

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
  • 3-5 years' experience in Brand Performance, Category Operations, or CMI
  • Strong analytical skills with fluency in Circana, Numerator, and Excel
  • Proven ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable strategies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with senior stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and a bias for action
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shaping the role.
  • The pay range for this position is $9,760 to $49,640. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.

    This position is bonus eligible. This position is LTI eligible. Unilever employees are eligible to participate in our benefits plan.
