About the Role :
We are seeking a full-time, remote Senior UX / UI Designer to join our team and contribute to creating exceptional user experiences across our projects. You will be responsible for designing fully responsive visuals from concept to completion, ensuring a high-quality user experience.
You’ll have the chance to collaborate with a top-tier team of designers, with an emphasis on teamwork, communication, and product quality. While aligning some of your working hours with our US team is necessary, the overall work schedule is flexible.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences.
Analyze data and insights to inform and enhance design decisions.Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines.Develop information architecture and user flows to optimize user experience.Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes, along with interactive prototypes, to visualize, test, and refine designs.Plan and conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.Ensure that designs are accessible and inclusive for all users.Design Systems & Handoff :Produce detailed visual and interaction assets to facilitate seamless development, including comprehensive style guides and defined variables.
Create design systems to maintain consistency across platforms.Prepare detailed design handoffs with specifications and design systems for engineering teams.Work closely with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate design concepts to all stakeholders.Job Requirements
Experience : 4+ years of design experience with a strong focus on UI design. Experience in a startup agency is highly desirable.UI Skills : Proficient in creating scalable UI designs for both desktop and mobile using Figma and Adobe Suite.Web Mastery : Demonstrate advanced skills in web design, with a deep understanding of user interface principles, user experience, and the ability to create visually compelling and user-friendly websites.Organization : Proficient in systemic design for team-wide use, including components, typography, colors, grids, and margins.Accountability : Able to take ownership, solve problems independently, and ensure project success.Communication : Skilled in team and client communication, capable of presenting research and design concepts effectively.Language : Fluent in English, enabling seamless global collaboration.User-Centric : Deep understanding of user and client needs, with a focus on accessibility, scalability, and storytelling.#J-18808-Ljbffr
