The Engineering Clerk provides administrative support to Engineering Department. Responsibilities : Prepares Project Instruction manuals and customer transmittals. Prints and distributes contract drawings to manufacturing. Records information regarding completed job shipments, transmittals sent, etc... via Microsoft Excel. Prepares panel uploads for Standard / Modified Standard projects. Point person for the engineering plotter, responsible for ordering maintenance and paper supplies. Serves as a back-up for the Administrative Assistant. Performs other duties as assigned. Your Profile / Qualifications Required Skills / Abilities : High School Diploma or equivalent required Exceptional organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detailed oriented Customer oriented Self-motivated Ability to multitask Ability to thrive in a time-line driven environment The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $16.00 - $21.00 per hour. GEA Group has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States. The pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for the position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
