The Role :
We are seeking a highly experienced and clinically grounded Director of Engagement to join our Customer Success team. This role is dedicated to driving provider behavior change, ensuring deep adoption of our solutions, and maximizing the value customers realize across their organizations. The Director of Engagement will act as a trusted advisor to healthcare providers, leveraging both clinical expertise and customer success best practices to deliver measurable improvements in utilization, patient outcomes, and long-term customer satisfaction. This role requires a candidate who is a licensed healthcare provider with proven success in influencing provider behavior and leading large-scale engagement initiatives in healthcare organizations.
