About the Role :

Elite Recruiting & Consulting Services is seeking an experienced LPN to provide direct patient care within a correctional healthcare environment. This role supports a diverse inmate population and requires strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities :

Administer medications and injections as prescribed

Monitor inmates’ health status and report changes to supervising RN or physician

Maintain accurate patient documentation using EMR

Assist with intake screenings and chronic care management

Maintain strict security and confidentiality standards at all times

What We’re Looking For :

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania

Minimum 1 year of experience in corrections, detox, or high-acuity outpatient preferred

Experience with medication passes and intake assessments

Comfortable working within secured facilities and following chain-of-command
