In Schwab Advisor Services, Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) and their clients are at the center of everything we do. In this role, you will build trust and inspire confidence through exceptional service, one interaction at a time, while working in a fast-paced, dynamic service center environment.You will assist advisors through a mix of inbound and outbound calls related to common topics such as new accounts, transaction status, money movement, transfer of account, retirement services, and various other essential account maintenance components that help the advisor succeed in their day-to-day business. What you have

Required Qualifications :

  • Minimum 1 year customer service / relationship building experience (internships and collegiate activities will be considered)

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent operational and organizational skills with the ability to manage transactional work, self-direct, and quickly develop an understanding of our business and the financial services industry
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with a desire to work in an inbound phone environment
  • Aptitude and passion for working with technology and influencing our advisors in becoming a digital practice
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume organization that remains committed to a secure and client-focused experience
  • Team orientation, enthusiasm, professionalism and strong work ethic
  • Series 7 & 63 / 66 licenses are not required, but you will have the opportunity to enroll in our self-study program after your first 90 days of employment.
  • In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
