About the Role :

Join NORTH AMERICAN LAND DEVELOPMENT as an HVAC Technician in Monroe, LA, where youll play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. We are looking for skilled professionals who are passionate about delivering top-notch service and ensuring comfort for our clients.

Responsibilities :

  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions and inefficiencies.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Document work performed and maintain accurate records of service calls.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.

    • Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation and repair.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
  • Knowledge of local HVAC codes and regulations.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
