Location : This position will be fully onsite in Bentonville, AR.

As a Senior Specialist Operations, you will be working in the Walmart Contact Experience Lab where you will be taking live calls, emails, and all other communication. You will be responsible for Tier 1 partnering, identifying issues, and resolving solutions as needed.

You'll make an impact by :

• Applying Customer Service Knowledge : Stays current on processes, tools, and policies to provide accurate and effective support to customers. Uses knowledge to resolve issues quickly, improve service delivery, and help teammates by sharing best practices and helpful tips.
• Supporting Process Improvements : Identifies common issues and shares feedback with leaders to improve customer experience. Participates in team discussions to find better ways of working, streamline tasks, and reduce customer pain points.
• Following Service Procedures : Uses established procedures and tools to complete daily tasks such as tracking orders, processing returns and supporting other service needs. Works with internal teams to ensure customer concerns are handled efficiently and correctly.
• Supporting Business Solutions : Communicates customer insights to help improve services and tools. Works with peers and leaders to understand changing business needs and adapt to new processes or technologies that support better service outcomes.
• Demonstrating Integrity & Compliance : Follows Walmart's policies and Code of Conduct at all times. Help create a positive and respectful environment by acting with honesty, speaking up when something doesn't seem right, and encouraging others to do the same. Uses the Open Door Policy and supports a culture of transparency and accountability.

The hourly wage range for this position is $23.00-$45.00

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
