This opportunity offers the following :

Flexible 1-2 day per week rounding schedule

If you are interested, we ask that you be board certified or board eligible in family medicine (FM) or internal medicine (IM), have a passion to serve active older adults, and a desire to lead.

Compensation is a productivity-based model (Fee for Service) that offers you control to maximize your income potential. Expected compensation is an estimated salary range of $132,000 to $159,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
