The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a high level of customer service, and maintaining financial performance. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and customer service.
