Bilingual Sales Associate (Spanish & English)

Location : Madison, AL

Pay : $15–$18 / hr base + commission (or approx. $700–$1000 / week total with average performance)

We are hiring a Bilingual Sales Associate to serve our growing Spanish- and English-speaking customer base. You’ll help customers find the right furniture and flooring, assist with financing, and follow up with leads.

Responsibilities :

• Greet walk-in customers and help them find the right products.
• Communicate clearly in both English and Spanish.
• Explain product features, pricing, and financing options.
• Create quotes and complete orders using our POS system.
• Respond to messages, texts, and leads.
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom and products.
• Assist with accessory resets, price updates, and basic showroom upkeep.
