Responsibilities :

• Assist with day-to-day operations in the shop, including preparing, organizing, and moving materials.
• Support craftspeople and project managers with production tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Operate basic hand and power tools as needed (training provided).
• Load and unload deliveries and help stage jobs for shipment.
• Perform general labor and shop support duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Willingness to learn woodworking and millwork processes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
• Safety-focused with attention to detail.
• Prior construction, warehouse, or shop experience is a plus, but not required.

Additional Requirements :

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening .
• Must pass a background check .
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
