I'm currently working on two great Senior Financial Analyst opportunities. Both offer strong growth potential but with very different upsides depending on what you're looking for.

Senior Financial Analyst - Mid-Sized Company (FP&A Right Hand Person)

Looking for someone who thrives in a more flexible, independent setting. You'd be the go-to support for the Director of FP&A, working on forecasting, analysis, and ad hoc projects that directly impact leadership decisions.

• Mostly remote (only onsite a couple of times a month)

Excellent mentorship from Director of FP&A - we placed him here and he is awesome

Exposure to high-level strategy and project work

This one is open to public accounting backgrounds in audit if you are looking to make the switch to FP&A

This is a great fit for someone who likes autonomy, enjoys figuring things out, and wants meaningful growth without getting lost in red tape

Senior Financial Analyst - Large, Established Company

This one's ideal if you enjoy structure, collaboration, and stability. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze performance, support planning processes, and help drive strategic initiatives across departments.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco / Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
