The Network Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring consistent, high-quality IT support and infrastructure management for attorneys and legal staff. This position provides Tier 2 end-user support while maintaining and improving Firm systems, tools, and applications. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with excellent communication skills to deliver efficient, reliable, and secure IT solutions. Law firm experience required.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain IT tools and systems, particularly Microsoft SCCM / InTune, for deploying computer operating system images, ensuring solutions meet Firm needs.
- Serve as subject-matter expert for all desktop and server-based applications and their integrations, assisting Tier 1 Help Desk staff with escalated incidents.
- Create and implement software deployment packages and scripts for consistent, timely deployment across a diverse user environment.
- Manage the desktop release process and maintain established patching schedules to ensure system security.
- Coordinate and perform technology hardware moves, adds, and changes, including desktops, monitors, printers, and other peripherals.
- Complete assigned server and system configuration projects on schedule.
- Participate in occasional nights or weekend work as required for projects or emergencies.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of Firm personnel, including partners and associates.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
