LHH is actively seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Process Improvement Specialist with hands-on experience in healthcare revenue cycle processes for one of our top clients in Louisville. If you’re someone who values results over formal education and thrives on solving problems independently, this role is for you.
This will be a hybrid contract to hire opportunity with our client!
What You’ll Do :
Develop clear, accurate process flow diagrams using Visio.
Create, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and manuals in Scribe or Microsoft Word.
Document current and desired process states to support operational improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify inefficiencies, and implement effective solutions aligned with business goals.
Assess process performance, highlight gaps, and recommend actionable improvements.
Communicate findings and updates clearly, both verbally and in writing.
What We’re Looking For :
3+ years of relevant experience, preferably within healthcare revenue cycle operations.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Visio and MS Word is a must; experience with Scribe is a plus.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing objectives and deadlines.
Expertise in process flow documentation, including swimlane diagrams.
Exceptional critical thinking, curiosity, and follow-through—doing what you say you will.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Pay Details : $32.00 to $38.34 per hour
