Team Lead

A company is looking for a Team Lead - DV (WFH).

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations and performance of a team of agents to meet service levels and sales targets

Conduct training, coaching, and performance appraisals for team members while addressing HR-related issues

Compile reports on team performance and customer feedback, acting as a liaison between team members and management

Required Qualifications

Experience in people management and team leadership

Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively

Proven track record in sales and service level achievement

Experience in training and development of staff

Strong decision-making skills related to revenue generation and customer satisfaction
