Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage an upcoming mid-rise, 50-unit apartment project from the ground up. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of construction management, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. A verifiable track record of functioning as the superintendent for ground-up projects of similar size or larger is required.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise all phases of construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Manage the project's construction schedule using Primavera P6 or similar tools.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members to facilitate smooth project execution while adhering to the project's schedule.
• Utilize Autodesk Build project management software for tracking and reporting (training will be provided if needed).
• Review schematics and construction documents to ensure accuracy and feasibility of the project.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards throughout the construction process.
• Manage project budgets effectively, including tracking expenses and forecasting future costs.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $72.50 / hr.
