We are seeking an experienced District Manager to lead a group of branches in South Carolina . The exact territory will be finalized prior to hire, but we are seeking strong candidates now. This is a high-impact leadership role, ideal for a strategic, results-oriented professional with a proven ability to drive branch performance, develop high-performing teams, and ensure compliance within the traditional personal installment loan industry.
Candidates must currently live in, or be willing to relocate to, South Carolina. Relocation assistance may be available.

Key Responsibilities :
Oversee operational performance and ensure branch objectives are metImplement effective sales, lending, and collection proceduresDevelop and recommend business strategies to drive territory growth and profitabilityReview branch locations and markets, recommending changes to maximize performanceEvaluate branch operations and apply established processes to improve resultsEnsure compliance with all state, federal, and company policies, including fraud monitoring and reportingBuild and develop a high-performing sales and customer service teamComplete timekeeping edits, personnel updates, and training assignments on timeConduct onsite and remote visits, performance evaluations, and follow-up coachingIdentify and support employees with potential for advancementMake data-driven decisions and solve problems effectivelyServe as a liaison between branch personnel, corporate teams, and upper managementPartner with Talent Management on recruitment, onboarding, and trainingInvestigate, report, and resolve internal and external complaints promptlyQualifications :
Prior multi-unit supervisory experience in the traditional personal installment loan industry is required. Applicants with retail, food service, or unrelated management backgrounds will not be considered.Strong communication skills with proven ability to coach, collaborate, and manage conflictPrior customer service, sales, training, and management experience in a branch environmentProficiency in MS Office, including Word and ExcelValid driver’s license and daily access to a reliable automobile for business useAbility to travel daily within the defined territory, with occasional overnight stays as neededMust live in or be willing to relocate to the assigned area (South Carolina). Relocation assistance may be available.Eligibility to obtain and maintain any required licenses or certifications for ancillary products or services (e.g., insurance, tax preparation); must maintain IRS suitabilityAnalytical skills to evaluate data, identify trends, diagnose problems, and implement solutionsDriven to continuous self-development with an adaptive leadership styleAbility to balance strategic thinking with operational executionHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferredPhysical Requirements :
