Director of Incident Management

A company is looking for a Director of IDD Incident Management and Quality Outcomes, Performance-Based Contracting.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the full lifecycle of incident management, including reporting, investigation preparation, resolution, and preventive follow-up

Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation regulations, meeting or exceeding all reporting deadlines

Lead the development of a comprehensive incident review process, including severity-tiered protocols and standardized timelines

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Experience in incident management and quality assurance within a healthcare or non-profit setting

Strong background in performance-based contracting and regulatory compliance

Proven leadership experience with a focus on team development and engagement

Data analytics proficiency, particularly with tools like PowerBI

Relevant degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field
