Your daily tasks include conducting cycle counts, meeting units per hour targets, aligning products, processing damages, and providing assistance in various departments as needed.Maintain a Safe, Organized, Clean, and Secure environmentCycle counting garments on a daily basisResponsible for reaching UPH (units per hour) set by the SupervisorTriggered cycle countingProduct alignment within the DC, labeling products as neededGeneral inventory researchProcessing damagesPractice efficient production procedures and methodsAssist in all other departments as neededAll other duties assigned by the SupervisorMust be 18 years or olderHigh school degree or GED requiredComprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standardsKnowledge of RF scannerExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsDependable, ability to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent organizational and efficiency skillsWork well under pressure and time constraintsMaintain acceptable attendanceand must be able to work overtime as requiredPhysical RequirementsAble to stand and walk for considerable distance throughout a shiftClimb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periodsReach, pull, push, and lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 50 poundsOperate warehouse equipment safely as required for the position (i.e. pallet jack, box cutter, carts) which requires coordinated movementsURBN offers comprehensive Perks & Benefits to employees.
