Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Architect. The Project Architect will be responsible for overseeing architectural projects from initial client consultation to project completion. Day-to-day tasks include developing architectural designs, preparing submittals, managing project timelines, ensuring compliance with building codes and sustainability standards such as LEED, and coordinating with construction professionals using Building Information Modeling (BIM). The role is located in Los Angeles, CA, with some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Skills in Architecture and Project Management
• Experience in preparing Submittals
• Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Certification in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Professional Architectural License is a plus
