Overview
Pepsico is on a significant initiative of digitalization and standardization of the FP&A solution across all its markets in alignment with the "Planning 2025" vision to make the finance organization more Capable, more Agile, and more Efficient. Mosaic Program is a key enabler of that vision, It is FP&A solution of the PepsiCo.
Global Template (PGT) that, for the first time, aims to integrate "vertical" planning for Operating Units (OUs) or markets, and "horizontal" planning for functions (e.g Global Procurement, Compensation and Benefits, etc.) that have accountability across markets. The program aims to harmonize data, planning process and ways of working across Pepsico market.
Responsibilities
The NA TM1 (Mosaic) Sustain Developer is responsible for the sustain of high-quality solution for the MOSAIC North America program specific to management of the financial planning. The role will interact directly on the design / development and maintenance of the solution and will have to work closely with the various detailed design and development teams.
- Incident management, understanding the issue, troubleshooting the error, identifying the RCA and providing workarounds and definitive solutions striving for resolution of incidents with SLA.
- Self-assign / update tickets and address in priority order in alignment with Business Support.
- Provide status and actions taken of in-progress tickets at least once per day at EOD pm EST.
- Maintain the "Incident State" daily updated.
- Add in notes the progress and the "RCA".
- Provide the estimated target date (day to deploy) once the analysis has been initiated.
- Notify IT Mosaic Support as soon as items are closed or require reassignment.
- Consistently and punctually attend the Mosaic Support daily calls to report progress, elevate topics or interact with other teams to resolve this incident.
- Escalate issues to Sustain Leads if progress is stuck or management support is required.
- Notify and require approval as soon as an incident is identified as an enhancement and provide feedback, details about the criticality of the ENH.
- Be the owner of the incidents ensuring follow-up until its resolution via Service Now.
- Follow the environment synchronization process to maintain lower and upper landscape updated : Dev, QA, PreProd and Production via ADO GIT / Branch.
- Execute and ensure technical test before requesting UAT user approval.
- Generate all the technical, migration pre-requisites documentation to migrate to production.
- Production migration and post migration validations.
- Once the fix is resolved, add in the resolution notes how was resolved and include the RCA category, summary and how the incident was resolved.
- Keep communications clear and open with all teams.
Compensation and Benefits
The expected compensation range for this position is between $76,400 - $127,850.Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Experience Required : University education (BS / BA Level) or equivalent work experience.Minimum of 5+ years of information Technology or business experience.Strong understanding of the financial planning process, revenue management principals and sales finance forecasting.Mandatory Tech Skills : Knowledge of IBM COGNOS ANALYTICS TM1 Solution functional knowledge of FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis); Strong development background with minimum 5 years' experience.Soft Skills : Data flow and integration as a critical component; Self-motivation and ability to stay focused; Ability to drive complex business discussion to design the best solution; Knowledge of FMCG and FP&A related data objects; Ability to search for new solutions to meet challenges together with the team; Good communication skills; Ability to leverage relationships to understand, document and communicate processes and change implications; Achieved ability to handle complexity and to execute with excellence under pressure; Conceptual selling; Deployment planning and execution; Relationship management and service; Technology innovation; Process design and architecture.EEO Statement
