Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Seeking a Family Practice physician for a Community health organization in Chicago.

This organization is a large provider of social services and community health services in Illinois.

Office is comprised of Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Dentists and OB / Gyn. Very nice, modern office with lab testing and fully staffed with Family Nurse Practitioners and a Practice Manager. Very comprehensive on boarding process.

100% out patient practice

Reasonable patient volume

Flexible, great work / life balance schedule :

Monday - Friday with one 1 / 2 day Saturday per month

Flexible schedule of 8- 5hr shifts or 4 -10hr shifts

Call is 1 : 7 by phone only, very light
