This position is based out of our Salt Lake City Headquarters and follows a hybrid schedule of 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Research and resolve credit card transaction issues, ensuring accurate posting to accounts and prompt resolution of discrepancies.
- Deliver professional, responsive customer service to both internal departments and external partners regarding credit card transactions.
- Maintain and update Accounts Receivable service tickets, ensuring timely tracking and resolution of all open cases.
- Verify that all Methods of Payment (MOPs) are accurate and initiate store book rebuilds when discrepancies are identified.
- Compile uncollectable account data and actively manage the collection process, tracking progress and maintaining detailed records.
- Monitor, track, and process chargeback notifications from credit card companies; investigate transactions and prepare timely, accurate responses to minimize losses.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending solutions.
Qualifications : Education
Some college level work, with accounting courses and / or associates degree preferredQualifications : Experience

Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range : $18.00-$19.00 + DOE and Bonus Opportunities
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Maverik considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
